Thanks for the luck! We are doing carry on only and have hired a private taxi to take us to the ferry, and actually hoping to get the 4pm RH, fingers crossed. The best we are hoping for is to get to Skinny's by 630pm to catch the final hour and at least be able to see a tv through the crowd with a drink in our hands, of course!

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you guys! Don't forget - if it doesn't look like you'll make the RH 4:00, the CA 4:00 is still an option. Who knows, maybe you'll even get to STT a little early. Have fun!

I was at Skinny's for the Super Bowl last year. We came off the boat and in at about 5 and the place was mobbed. We hadn't preordered the BBQ was there was enough to go around. There's also the regular menu. They had a enormous screen outside in the horseshoe area and the other TV's inside were also on. We sat on the stairs the entire time and it was just fine.
Go PATS!
Hope that Skinny's will be able to hoist another championship banner.

Hey Armchair, I'll probably see you there! When I realized I would be on island for the game, I figured Skinny's sounds like the place to be.
One question for anyone: How do I do both the Pats at Skinnys and Jazz at the Beach Bar? Such dilemmas ;)

Ondine, this is not a bad problem to have! If you are there, I will be the tallish redhead coming in late, and simultaneously making a beeline to the bar and mapping out a good vantage point. You will probably recognize me as the slightly off kilter woman still yelling at the tv, even when they are winning.

Very cool Armchair! I'll be sure to look for you and save a seat if it's remotely possible! I'll be the overly pale or newly burned new englander, traveling solo for my first stj visit. I can't wait! Wheels up tomorrow a.m. :D
