Construction at Chocolate Hole???

I will be renting Cielladonna Feb 5-15 and after looking around I get the idea there is a ton of construction going on. Can anybody confirm this for me or let me know if im wrown?

We just returned Thursday night and there is some construction going on in Chocolate Hole area. Pond Bay construction has started which I think is pretty close to Ciellodonna. It is right off of Chocolate Hole East Road. They have cleared most of the trees and it looks like they are currently moving dirt. There were bulldozers and dump trucks but we could not hear it from where we were staying. There are also a few villas being constructed around the bay. We stayed in the area between Chocolate Hole and Hart Bay and we heard a lot of hammering and electric saw noise from the villas being built. It started at 8am and went until 5 or 5:30pm most days. I hope this gives you an idea. You can call the villa managers and ask them about construction noise also.
