Do You Know Any of These Mid-Island Houses??

Post by Diana2 »

We are looking for a villa mid-island, around Bordeaux Mtn. We are looking at the following houses and wondered if anyone could give us any information on any of them.

Summer Wind - Bordeaux Mtn.
Casa Bueno (for sale so I don't know if it's being rented right now?) - Bordeaux Mtn.
Bordeaux Breeze (new house) - Bordeaux Mtn.
Winsome House - Ajax Peak
Esprit - Ajax Peak

We would love to have an east-facing house to enjoy the sun rises. Price (May): in the $2-3K/week range.

Staying at Esprit in February through Cateredto. I was concerned about access but I have been assured it is easy to get to. It's closer to the beaches we prefer (Francis, Maho and Little Lamshur). Last year we stayed on Gifft Hill. Wanted to be closer to Coral Bay area. 8) 8)

I Love Casa Bueno it is one of my favourite homes right now :)

Yes it is for sale (I have shown it a few times) so I would check on the rental period available but I just wanted to say I love, love, love it :)

Pia, Do you know who is managing/booking Casa Bueno?
To get to this house do you go left at Chateau Bordeaux? How far down this road is it and where do you turn then? (We stayed at Chateau Margot in June so we know where the Spice Hill sign is because we turned left there)
Do you know anything about Bordeaux Breeze? I think this house is down the road (Spice Hill) toward Chateau Margot.

We stayed at Summer Wind in 2004 when it was brand-new and called "Casa Phillips." I wrote a review which is posted on this site.

Yes, you turn left at the spice hill sign and it is (I think) the second driveway on the right :)
