Also: Villa Paulette and Windsong. And for even bigger groups Caribbean Villa has a list of villas that close together. (Might be a good option when dealing with different arrival/departure dates, or different party tolerance levels!)

After my exhaustive(sp) search for 12 people,we decided on Monte Bay.If money was no object,Delfina would be my choice but alas, mortgages come due every month.Monte Bay is perfect for 12 people except their is one bedroom with no windows and one with no ac.But then that's why the make kids.

nice choices... boy would I hate to orchestrate that crowd around...
you might add La Jolla Caribe, it is advertised as 5 bedrooms for 10 max but there is a 'Media room' that has 2 futon beds that has been known to hold kids. They have to use a bathroom that is actually below it.
All bedrooms are set up for 2 people each.
have fun!! 8weeks to my next trip!

Thanks Guys. I am liking Mystic Ridge. Looks nice & reasonably priced for what you get. Anyone know if the pools are truly colder on the North shore? I read that somewhere. We like our afternoons in the pool.
