I saw this picture on Flickr and recall seeing it while at Trunk Bay but I don't know what this boat is. Can anyone explain?

It looks like the Leeland Sneed that brings cruise ship passengers over from STT

Kinda has trumpy lines, the stern is throwing me off ?..not sure of the exact name, but I know I would look good sittin' up on the bridge ('8)')

I have seen them bringing snorklers to Trunk Bay before.Not sure of the name of the ship or where they are coming from.

Yep,
Daytrippers from St Thomas. The boat is moored near Crown Bay by the fish market and laundry. They do day snorkle trips for the cruise ships.

BoatsRus...It is somewhat reminiscent of an old Trumpy but if I am not mistaken it is an Cheoy Lee. I know it has been around for years. It was around when I chartered out on Nanny Cay, Tortola.

That is the Leeland Sneed! That is how we found St. John. We came over to Trunk for an afternoon snorkle and it was love at first sight. Very nice crew.

... was tied up in The Creek all of last week. Don't know if this is a permanent arrangement. (Queen Mary was in Crowne then, so maybe the Sneed had to temporarily relocate?)

It's the M/V Leyland Sneed, and I have chartered it twice for Christmas parties. Had the whole boat, put a band on board, brought food and drinks, and we cruised around for 3.5 hours or so. What a great party.

It usually takes people from St. Thomas to Trunk Bay and they swarm all over the place and get in the way of the rest of us who want to use the beach in relative privacy.

Well, the beach is for everyone, I guess.

I can always go to another beach, since I live here.
