vitamins

Post by naturegirl »

I take a whole bunch of individual vitamins and was wondering if I can put them in labeled baggies or if they have to be in the container that I bought them in. Does anybody know? I will be checking the bag.

I put all my pills in one of those Sun. - Sat. things and no one questioned it, or even looked at it. I took them in my carry-on.

I don't have one of those so was going to put them individually in small snack bags. By the way, do they have a cvs on island?

You're probably not reading this, naturegirl, but I put my supplements into baggies and put one of those humidity absorbing packets (that are in many vitamin bottles) into each.

Putting them into packets saves space and weight.

I keep the packets in a zipped make-up bag so light doesn't break down the vits.

Cat has a good point on the absorbent packs. My thyroid pills pretty much dissolved into a damp powder by the end of the week from the humidity.
