Thanks for the great villa review!! My husband and I have been obssesively looking at the forum waiting you review! Our group is staying at Eaglesnest in May '08. I appreciate the info. about the knives as I really enjoy cooking (food porn is my favorite thread!) Any other hints would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks Jen

We stayed at Eaglesnest the week after Rick G. A great review of the house, access to the pool going down the stairs was a definite plus for us since we have a 2 year old and we never had to worry about her accidentally getting to the pool. My husband and I had one upper bedroom, my two kids the other upper room and my Mom and her sister had the downstairs room.
The upper deck at night was awesome for hanging out and having dinner! You also got early morning and early evening greetings from the goats below. We would definitely return to this house but my only complaint was no big mug for my morning tea. Such a drag having to get up and refill little tea cups!
Confession, I could not make the left turn onto Jacob's Ladder from Contant Road - freaked me out. I had to go right and make a u-turn at the Westin.
