PS... Have u thought about sending the boys by themselves
I would have no problem seeing them trot off together except Hubs prefers to spend his down time together (the three of us) and would not be so excited knowing that we weren't going along. I seriously don't think he would go. I have to force him to go on their weekend fishing trips as it is.

But the main reason an all guy trip wouldn't happened is Hubs #3 travels all the time for his job (all over North America) for extended periods and I seriously think Wife #3 may resort to drastic measures if left at home again with the kids.

I am loving all the recommendations.

The big thing is these guys, when they get together, like to party hard. No one (me included) wants to drive “home” to the villa after a good stint of beer drinking at a different villa. Adjoining houses (within walking distance) would be ideal.
If you haven't seen it, here is a page that lists some villas within walking distance of each other.
http://www.caribbeanvilla.com/vcombo.html

Here are two places that have separate buildings around a common pool:
http://www.caribbeandays.com/stjohn/2be ... tage.shtml (with upper and lower units, becomes a 6 bedroom property)

http://www.greatcaribbeangetaways.com/lastrem.htm (3 bedroom main house; guest house has a queen bedroom and a loft with 2 twins)

These don't look like luxury properties, but they might work for a group that wants to be "together, but separate."

Have fun planning!

Check out Hibiscus and Via Del Sol, I know nothing about them, but according to CV's website they are identical homes next door to each other. This way everything is equal.

PS... Have u thought about sending the boys by themselves
If I have the right places I think these villas are now part of the Westin time share program or something like that.
The CV website says part of Virgin Grande Estates, But its funny Mary Beth, when I looked at the pics I immedaitly thought it looked like the Westin

:D We have been to La Jolla Caribe more than once. We absolutely loved it and plan on going back next year. Each bedroom is different which was fine for us. no pool but frankly pools on the N shore tend to be too cool anyway. they have a huge hot tub, we sat 7 easily. The views are to die for...not many places you can watch the sunrise and sunset! We used to stay down the street at Anole but the views are obscurred now with vegetation... but still a great place for 2 couples in 2 equal masters.

have fun! PS the best beaches are 5 min below you!

check out Mystic Ridge: http://www.islandgetawaysinc.com/
We stayed there 7 times. Fabulous views, 5 min from Maho and Coral Bay, and an open floor plan with plenty of privacy and open space. And yes, those are original LeRoy Neiman paintings on the walls.

Chet - that looks awesome. I love the way the bedrooms seem to open up to the outside.
