Nope.

But, just so that you know that I am a sensitive guy...I did cry last weekend when Griese threw that fourth pick.

I shed a few tears on the "walk of woe". Just can't help it.

I mentioned this topic to John last night and we talked about it for a while. Neither of us cry when arriving or leaving St. John...we are just so happy to be there! Even when we leave, we are grooving on the island vibe, and since we know we are coming back, it just does not seem to hurt.

I'm not much of a crier in general though.

Crying

Post by snorkelqueen »

Well let's see...I cry when I get my snorkel stuff out of storage every year - knowing we're getting close, I cry when I see SJ from Red Hook, I cry when we first pull into Starfish (WE'RE FINALLY HERE!!- LET THE FUN BEGIN), I cry when I get in the water the first day, I cry (in my mask) when I see my first turtle of the trip, I cry at sunsets, I cry hearing great and not so great jazz at BB, and of course I cry when we leave and I cry spending a year on this forum waiting for the next trip. I better up my medication!

I am so happy to hear that so many of you get all teared up. When we landed in STT this past June my Mom had the window seat and I was next to her. I was trying so hard not to let her know I was all welled up until she turned and looked at me with tears in her eyes too. We both laughed and cried. It is so awesome to be there and experience it with people you love. I also get all teared up when we hit the Ferry on the way home.

You bunch o crybabies. Thanks for filling me in on your weepiness :)

The funny thing is I am a crier. Usually pretty steely but little things get to me and I cry at the drop of a hat. Just not coming or going from STJ. Maybe this time. Maybe its all the rum!!!
