USdespAIR inconveniences us again...
So, I tried to check in for my flight online this morning, and kept getting error messages. I did the online chat with a representative, who told me this:
"unfortunately, we have a glitch that isn't permitting our passengers to check in online for St. Thomas. I apologize for the inconvenience... No, we don't have an estimated time of fix. This has been ongoing for approximately one month."
Figures. Has anyone else experienced this? I know it's no big deal to check in at a kiosk, but can't they do anything right?
