3 more days!!! now what?

So, can someone tell me what comes after pre-trip obsession phase and before the actual departure? I want to leave now! I've got my stuff ready to go..I've checked weatherunderground a million times (not that it matters), my package FINALLY arrived after 17 days, and now I'm starting to get paranoid that I'm coming down with a cold... I might be starting to lose it. Is it just me, or does this happen to everyone?

If it weren't for reading this forum, I wouldn't be able to go to work. Would it help if I started drinking rum now?

Looking forward to meeting so many of you on Sunday @ the beach bar-- it's wonderful to know that there are others out there to share the obsession...

Start taking Airborne NOW just in case you are getting that cold. You are supposed to mix with water but I'm sure you could use rum

Sunlover, 5 days here and I am pcaked and ready to go too! There is no point in trying to think about anything else. Just visit the forum, rest up and think positively.
Some of the SOTB were starting to talk like, what if my plane is late and what if a bird flies in the engine and it goes down, etc.

If you have a cold that tropical air will cure it when you step off the plane.

I will see you on Sunday too!

Glad to hear it's not just me that has the "what-if-something-goes-wrong-with my trip" paranoia. I can't wait until I set foot in cruz bay and all the worries disappear... soon come.

sunlover-I am so glad to hear that your package finally made it! Wow, 17 days; I know you were more than a little bit nervous. Now you can relax and anxiously wait for your trip to begin, lol! Don't worry, St John soon come.

sunlover-unbelievable but I sent out my packages on Thursday and they received them today. I'm shocked but very happy. ENJOY YOUR TRIP!
