Great trip report (as usual) and exceptional pics. I was thinking the exact same thing as Rick and Christine, I really need to visit more often. Thanks for sharing! Ali~

Great report! Beautiful pictures. I love watching the Sox in STJ - it's amazing the number of fans you run into there! Thanks for sharing!

Enjoying your trip report and the pictures you took! Just awesome shots.

I will keep tabs on your bug bite total though. I came home with about 30 bites give or take.

We usually do okay at the Westin, but for some reason always get bitten at Caneel, during the night. I would wake up and find one a new bite every morning.

Great reporting as usual.
Nice tight well lit shot on that bird. I tried and failed to get similar on our ride in but thats a tough moving image to capture.
Well done.
Assume you had more time during the (yawn) blowout game last night to edit photos and continue the report! Beckett is a post season beast and the Rockies lost the biggest thing going for them - momentum.
What a time for any Beantown sports nut with Sox, BC, even new hope for Celts and decent start for Bruins.

I really enjoyed your pictures and all the details. Sounds like a decent start to the vacation, minus the awful plane ride of course.

Good stuff!

Glad to hear continued good reports from Ocean Grill, we had one of our favorite meals there in Feb.

Thanks for the nice comments everyone! :D

Pia, stay tuned! There just "might" be some hikes coming up...

byado18, the camera is a canon sd800. I bought it on St. Thomas in June for about $250, I think.

Susan, I started the bug bite tally because I got SLAYED by the bugs in June. I had literally hundreds of bites all over. My face in particular got hit badly, and the bites blew up so huge, I looked like I had the worst case of acne ever!

Betty, I am not sure on the banana cake. We don't normally order dessert. I like to save all my calories for the what I consider to be the important "bad" stuff: butter, bread, cheese, and wine! :D

The bird is definitely real, guys! The funniest thing about that bird was there was a woman on the boat who was completely freaked out by it. Every time it came near us she started SCREAMING that the bird was going to attack her! And she wasn't kidding!

I'll try to put up the next installment tonight. Before the game, of course...GO SOX! :D

Ah, always love your reports, Liamsaunt! Very nice!

I, too, am interested in seeing and reading about the (infamous?) hiking. :)
