Pictures!!!

Post by Lulu76 »

My pictures are finally up on Photobucket. You should all be able to see them there.

Just a warning, some of these will make no sense to you, but that's OK. Also, I was apparently in a picture-taking mood on the way to Jost because I have about 20,000 pictures of the ferry ride. (What I thought I was going to see, is beyond me...)

Anyhow, maybe you'll see a few that you like. Maybe not, but that's OK too.

I'm ready to go back.

(There are two albums of my pics. You may be able to click on the sixforredhook at the top and see all the other girls' pics, too, but I'm not sure.)

Lulu, me and work don't mix well on Fridays after about noon, so thanks for a great way to waste some Friday afternoon time!

LuLu,

Thank you so much for sharing! It was great seeing your villa views and Ivan's. You're lucky you got a chance to see him - he's such a nice guy!

Can't wait to return in Feburary for 11 days!

All week long I kept saying, "Where are the @#$% donkeys? Everyone says there are donkeys and I want to see them!"

I did briefly think that I saw them on a rum-soaked ride home from The Beach Bar one night, but everyone told me I was incorrect.

So, I was so excited when we rounded the turn to go to Vie's and there they were! I thrust my camera to the person closest to them in the car and forced her to take pictures!

A little off topic but a funny story about Ivan. I walked up to him and said "hey how are you, long time no see" (never seen him before). He replied " Yes I know you but I cannot remember your name"

What a sweet man, that made my day! I later told him that I was kidding, we had never met, but he insisted he knew me. We proceeded to take picutes with him and he was so kind. Next time I wont have to prentend we have met!!!

Ivan is a very cool guy. He was doing work around his place to get ready for season, and he conveniently used us an excuse to take breaks. He invited us to stay for supper Friday night, but we had to take the ferry back.

Next year, I think the plan is go to camp overnight at Ivan's and then come back on the ferry the next day. I could've used more time in White Bay, even though there really isn't anything to do but chill...
