Has anyone stayed at this villa and if so, where exactly is it located and how far into Cruz Bay?

Haven't stayed there yet, but friends have Coconut Hill rented in December, and we have it rented for 2 weeks next May.
It is located in Coral Bay up the hill of Road 108. From Centerline you make a right in Coral Bay, go past the gas station and make a right up 108. Elevation about 800 feet, with views into Coral Bay and all the way to Virgin Gorda.

I'm staying there for the first time in about 1 week. We're very excited! There will be 3 adults and 2 kids. I'll make sure to get a trip report up when I'm back as there aren't really any reviews of this property online anywhere.
I did find this link though which has way more info than just the primary info site. The Owner, (Sue) has been very responsive up to this point and the price is nice.
