Josephines

Post by RickG »

Question for the gourmands, what kind of products are you able to pick up at Josephines in Coral Bay? We've really enjoyed the baby bok choy sold via Starfish in the past. I'm starting to think about some menus and I'm hoping I can get fresh greens, chilis and herbs from her.

She has a cooler case in the garage that you can get alot of different things. I've ask her about other things and she would take me out back to the gardens and if what I wanted was ready she would pick them for me A walk around the garden can change your menu by seeing what is fresh and ready.

Does anyone know if she is open year round?
It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.

She is in Coral Bay. You take the road that goes past Love City Mini Mart and keep going - you will pass a sign nailed to a tree that says "Tourist Info - you are lost" :) just keep going and it is on the left hand side of the road - large nursery so you won't miss it - she is closed on Mondays.

Thanks Pia. Waterguy, I like the idea of seeing what's ready and going from there. I'd like to see her place as well, it sounds like a real labor of love.
