Question for Jorge
Question for Jorge
Jorge,
Since you are the unofficial mayor of Peter Bay,I've got a question.Have you ever stayed at a villa in Peter Bay that will sleep 12?I remember some of your post where you said the villa was a little dated and not as nice as others you,ve stayed at.
If you get time, let me know your fav's and whether they'll acommodate 11 or 12 people.
Thanks in advance,
Mike

Delfina is a beautiful villa in Peter Bay although the pool is not huge at all. The link says it is for 12 but it has 5 bedrooms - I have been inside and can't remember where the extra "bedroom" is - it is truly beautiful

Thanks for the reply.Jorge, there is no honor among thieves. If your looking at Kismet, the construction business must be good.
Your right Pia,Delfina is beautiful and sleeps 12 but might be a tad out of our price range.Trying to keep it around 10k.
Will definately check out Villa La Susa.Haven't looked at it in a while.

Jorge- Kismet is beautiful...all the way on the highest point of Maria bluff/ Great Cruz Bay Estates...360 degree view. We used to visit Kismet while it was being built...unbelievable...I believe it comes with concierge service and cars and pick up service. Now when we come to STJ, we always stop by and gawk at Kismet and remember when we walked around when it was almost finished. Its sort of "formal" looking tho...not very "beachy"...as if that matters!
I'm ready for some training to live the Jorge way! We even have A/C for Halloween. Not that I'll use it.Jorge wrote:Some people like Rick-G are happy to sleep under a rock if it means being on STJ. lol
Kismet looks pretty fine. That would make a great MILF Bar.
Cheers, RickG

Kismet --- wow, incredible! I think the whole forum could join you and no one would ever run into each other. Well, except maybe on movie night, it looks like the theater only holds 6 (LOL). (I happen to be in the midst of building right now. That is, I'm the owner, not the builder. I can see that I'm defintely on the wrong end of that situation.) Ali~

No reason that's really important. We are bringing 6 newbies with us next May and wanted them to have a North shore view. There's not much available for 11 or 12 people with that view except in PB.For my money I'll take Catherineberg everytime but they max out at 10.
(Or else I'm just a Jorge wannabe.)

I don't believe there is a BAD view on the entire island.I think I'm like RickG,under any rock on the island would be fine with me.
We stayed in GCB last July and loved it.I never thought I'd enjoy being in such a conjested area but we really enjoyed it in a different way.But for first timers, there's nothing like waking up and seeing that colorful water and those white beaches.
I bet you feel the same way even after all these years on the island. We actually sat by you on the ferry from Redhook the year Starfish opened. The tale you told on your boyfriend still makes us laugh. How he couldn't wait for you to get there that nite so he could take you to the new grocery store. You said that he has been on the island to long.
