It's funny you brought this up. I was just looking at Cloud 9 and thought it sure is a great deal for full ac, pool, spa, all those beds, and a view to die for. I wonder if it's haunted or has killer roaches? The reviews seem to be positive too. I'm anxious to hear more about it.

I don't believe I ever heard anything negative about this group of houses. The discounts phenomenal.

bride's and my 1st trip to stj in oct 04 was at sundance, talked to manager, marcy appel, on monday for arrival on next day, 40% off fall rate. subsequently have done 3 last minutes at c9 and 1 at moonsong. last minute rates make it more economical when only 2 traveling.

marcy is wonderful and all 3 c9 villas we have stayed in have been, clean, well equipped, comfortable, good values and all had covered deck or gazebo for the obligatory sunset and stt lighting, c9 is just much higher up and we love all on one level. the villa are not luxury buttt, they are mighty comfortable.

we hope to work in something late fall so don't take all open dates.

We stayed at Moonsong (next to Sundance) in late March of this year and enjoyed it. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It wasn't a luxurious as some of the villas I've seen pictures of, but it was fine with us. A bedroom, bath, kitchen and living room up and a bedroom and bath down.

There are some pictures in this album...

Time to start working on convincing the wife that we have to go back soon!
