Great recipes!!

Here's a very easy one - no blender required - kind of a take on the Mojito:

- Muddle some peaches in a highball glass (I like the frozen peach slices - you can get them by the bag - Dole, I think)- you can even use chilled canned peaches, save the syrup for some frozen peach daquiris). Don't have a muddler - no problem, just whack 'em around with a spoon.

- Add ice and a couple-three shots of Bacardi Peach Red Rum

- Fill up the glass with 7-Up or Sprite

That's it. Tried this with the Cruzan Raspberry and frozen raspberries - very good, too, but those darn seeds are murder.

I like long island iced teas, but I am not sure the others can handle it!

I kind of like Doug's orange thing too!

Hmmm, Long Island Iced Tea was the drink I used order the ladies in College. It, well, worked pretty darn well. Sometime it put them out flat. I picture some post-happy hour naps.

Cheers, Rick

Did I mention that I was available in case anyone couldn't make it. Sigh, I really need a trip to STJ. To quote Rascal Flatts new hit, "Take Me There". Ali~

Cyp, I'm sooooooooooooo IN! My kids (twins) will be off to college, so I'm planning on a huge mid-life crisis. Are you going to be there for me? So, how's your daughter doing? Ali~

Of course I'll be there for you. I have a crisis every time she leaves. It doesn't get any easier, but then again I'm a marshmellow when it comes to my kids. She's doing great at Texas Tech but she calls every day, so I know she's a little homesick.

OK, I haven't read this whole thread (bad girl) so I'm sorry if it's already been suggested, but I think you should try them all and decide the winner at the end of your vacation - unfortunately you may have to try 2 or 3 (OK 10 or more) a day to make your way through all of them :)

Pia.....10 a day is not the problem, it's mixing all those liquors in one day. I may need to re-read the hangover cure thread.

Maybe you should just hire my hubby as bartender - he just said "I'll go take care of those babes" - he makes a mean "knickers off" margarita  - but remember I will be present at all times
