John and I are storming the gates of Disney the first week of December with my sister and her two kids (ages 6 and 8). Plus, my parents had such a good time with us in St. John in June that they are now coming too, even though my Dad is a self-professed "Disney hater." Disney requires a LOT more coordination than St. John! I'm going to need another beach vacation to recuperate afterwards!

Glad your little man (and the rest of you) had a great time. We took DJ when he was about 3, and I have so many fun pics of him with all his then favorite characters. All the color there makes for great photos! I have one in my bedroom which is my all time favorite picture of him...and he is 14 now! Cherish the memories!

Living in the shadow of "the mouse" I can say that when my boys were young it was a real blast seeing how much fun and excitement they got out of going there.

I can also state, without hesitation, that if I never go there again I will not miss it at all!

So glad you had fun! I agree that it is definitely not STJ but I have so many precious memories locked in my heart that occured at Disney. The joy shining through your little one's eyes is priceless and worth every hastle and expense. We are headed down week after next. My little man is climbing the walls of anticipation!

Augie, I'm with you! The bad part about that is that I still have a 4 year old so I'm sure more trips will come. We will just have to do the Disney Cruise instead. That is much more pleasurable.

XOXO

Like Augie, living in the Sunshine state made for many trips to Disney World with little ones in tow...

The memories are priceless, but also like Augie, I could care less if I ever go back!

Glad you had a great time!

Heh heh Parafins! I like the way you think.

I'd rather take the kids to St. John too, but I refuse to bring them until they both know how to swim. John and I have told them we'll take them with us once they do... Liam's been doing a good job learning, but Caili is still not able to swim on her own at all. Once they learn, though, it's all about the beach for them!
