We had friends who stayed there twice before it was renovated and new bedrooms, pool, etc. were put it. It's a beautiful house, great location and view. Don't know if you could fit 12. I also noticed on the Windspree website that they only want children over the age of 13. I'd suggest calling Windspree for suggestions. They're good to deal with.

We stayed there twice before the renovations were done. The price more then doubled after the pool was put in. The view and enclosed deck are beyond description! The drive up the hill [ Majestic Mile] is paved but the driveway is 4wd steep with even a drop of rain. Though very private, the parking for two cars is a p.i.a. and for three would be worse. You can't safely back down and the room to turn around is tight. Also you walk up about 10 steps to get inside from the parking area. The layout is about perfect for two couples to have equal accommodations, though the master bedroom's bath is a bit nicer. The main deck overlooks Coral Bay and truly is breathtaking. There is also an upstairs deck, with hot tub, with a obstructed view of the BVI's.At $1575 a week 4 years ago it was a deal. Now at $3300 to $5000. a week,I think it's pretty pricey.
