That's the feeling of ascending Jacob's Ladder in a nutshell.
The first time I drove it I realized that I was unconsciously leaning forward because it really did feel like the jeep was about to tip backwards.
Do the cement trucks ever cross Jacob's Ladder? I remember watching in amazement once as cement trucks were delivering to a project out across Chocolate Hole, and they had to turn around at the foot of the slope and back up, presumably because they really would tip backwards if they'd gone straight up. But I think that was a steeper slope than J-L.
