What's that black stuff coming out from under the dock?

It's the under dock. Basically, it's the dark leaking out from under the dock. It's pretty dark under there, and sometimes it will leak out a little. Someone needs to go and put a dark diaper on it.

That's my story and I'm stickin to it.
