Hook bracelet

Post by silverheels »

Just recently I took a part time job in a local specialty store (after many years of teaching). I wear my hook bracelet all the time. This past week three people came into the store and commented on my bracelet. Two of them also had hook bracelets on and one woman was from STT. Small world.

It seems like wearing a hook bracelet is like a wearing secret code. Nothintolose had a similar experience at Jazz Fest this year.

Which hook do you have, the "C" or the "J"? I have to ask a stupid question, which is the Nutmeg State. I don't remember that one in geography. Maybe it could be a question on "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader".

Since Jazz Fest, I have also had a client wearing one. She wears hers all the time just as I do.

Also about a year ago, I walked into a potential client's house and they both ahd them on - they had just gotten back from their honeymoon on STJ (think they talked more about their honeymoon than their dogs :) )

cypressgirl,
Conneticut is the Nutmeg State. :)

I went to an outdoor music festival today called Eggstock. It was great fun.
I saw:
St John baseball hat
St John T-shirt
Jost t-shirt
and the best was the BackYard t-shirt. I followed the guy and when he turned around, I realized that it was my old boyfriend and I had given him the shirt
