Flip, try this one... it's really simple and oh so good!

2 oz white tequila
1 oz orange liqueur, such as Cointreau or Triple Sec
1 oz fresh lime juice
Ice Cubes
Coarse salt, optional
Lime wedge

1. Place tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds.
2. Rub the rim of a rocks glass with the lime wedge and dip in salt. Strain the mixture into the glass and garnish with the lime wedge.

You can also combine the tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice and ice in a blender and blend for a frozen margarita.

Yes, that's the margarita I was telling Margo that I LOVE... often referred to as a "Top Shelf Margarita". It usually made with Grand Marnier and Cointreau. But of course I didn't want to order that and look like a lush in front of someone I just met... plus my kids! So I just stuck with a basic margarita.

Margo was teaching me how to be on "ilon time"....

You guys are making me jealous! I got to go shoppping this past week with Nothintolose though! Sisters are so wonderful! :D

We had dinner and the Top Shelf Margaritas but Nothintolose had a pina colada. Hubby, SO and I had the Margaritas. THey had a large size that was so big you really couldn't pick up the glass to drink it!

NICE!

Nice to see that the “Island Influence” hasn’t worn off yet – Good Drink, Good Food, Big Smile and a new Friend. We’ll have to get out butts back out there someday – Soon I hope.
