Red Hook ↔ airport transportation

Since the ferry for St John is now out of Red Hook, what's the best way to transport between there and the airport? Are there buses or shuttles that run in between? Is a cab the only option, and if so, how much would it be?

cabs are the way to go.. plenty available, right at baggage pickup
I have to edit my ticker.. the better half and I have been to the VI's 19 out of the last 20 years.... have been trying to always stimulate the economy
