closest bar to red hook ferry

Post by lbrlwyr »

If we miss our ferry and have some time to kill, can anyone recommend a good bar that is close to the red hook ferry (since we will have our luggage...the less of a walk the better!)

Thanks in advance.

We had a drink at "Off the Hook" last time we just missed the ferry.

Molly Malones at American Yacht Harbor or Duffy's across the street at the strip mall.

Out the ferry entrance and bang a left. Off The Hook is first, 2 min walk, same side of the road. Then a little further Mollie Malones and Duffys across the street.

Right next to the ticket booth at the dock is a canteen truck with the coldest beers. Just grab a couple find some shade and enjoy.

If you go to Molly Malone's, get the Pina Colada. It's made with real pineapple and it's served in one, too. Yummmmmy. 8)
