May 27 forum get together
Is this definitely on for the 27th at the Beach Bar? If yes, what time? I'm going to be completely offline until post-trip as of tomorrow afternoon, so I'd like to confirm now whether this is happening.
Thanks!
Thanks!

It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.

The Beach Bar gathering was fun but it was REALLY hot. We would have stayed longer, but we were melting.
There were LOTS of cameras going, but not mine. Stay tuned for photos from the other attendees.
Pam Gaffin ("Feet Fins and Four-Wheel Drive") was at another table and came over to ask who the heck all these people were, so it was fun to introduce her. She wants to organize the gang for a Forum Hike. I'm not exactly sure how we'll do that, but we'll see. It's a pretty cool idea, and she'd love to do it.
June 10th Group: I love the Sunday Beach Bar Jazz Jam, but if you're there for a while and it's this hot on the beach, you might move to somewhere with a fan or two, like The Banana Deck right across the street. If you state this ahead of time, latecomers could pop up there and find you. Ron also made the comment just now that he would really have liked to talk to people more, but it's kind of hard to converse over the music.
