Need help for a friend

Post by silverheels »

You all probably know that I have never rented a villa because we usually stay on our boat. Now I need some help for a friend who is looking for a villa or two.
The villas are Aurora and Calicaribe. She needs villas about five minutes away from Cruz Bay. Do any of you know about either of these villas? She also had a question about a sewage plant in the vicinity of these villas. Would appreciate any help you can give so that I can pass it on. She needs about 7 bedrooms for wedding guests.
Thanks so much!

I don't know these villas, but the only waste treatment facility on the island is across from Starfish market, between Marketplace and the pond.

About the only place I'm aware of with 7 BR is Great Expectations in Chocolate Hole, maybe 10 minutes out from town. (www.greatexpectationsusvi.com)

peace.... bert

Neither of those are close to the sewage treatment plant. Check out Contentment

and Altagracia

They are right next to each in Contant.Just 2 minutes from Cruz Bay.

Xislandgirl, are you familiar with Altagracia? We are interested in booking it for next year but I haven't been able to find any reviews of it. I would love to hear of any details that/if you can share.

Thanks, Karen

I have not stayed there but I did sell it.

It is a big house with great views, but not ideal for those with small children. The lower bedrooms are at pool level and away from the master upstairs.

I think it is a great house for a family with older kids.
