Best FAQ for Newbies

My wife and I are headed back to STJ next year with 6-8 first timers. As the trip organizer (and veteran), I've been getting a lot of questions that I'm sure all of us had before our first time. I was wondering if there is a single online resource that would be best to point them to for things like weather, what to expect, what to/not to pack, customs, etc. Any suggestions?
