Building codes: electric grid
Just curious about St. John's building code as it pertains to being hooked up to the local power grid. Where I live in NC, I undrstand it is against state law to be totally off the grid (as are other states).

Classic. Wapa wants to limit the percentage you can do on your own but still can't keep up with the demand...
In NC, the option that a lot of people go for is to pump the electricity back into the grid for peak usage but use it as a way to buy down their bill. Does Wapa have a similar option?
