Inflatable Kyack

Hi there, I have a question about an Inflatable Kyack. My dad is getting one from his work after 50 years of service. Soon it will arrive and I will do some testing on our lake. Has anyone shipped on taken one of these on a plane before? I so want to try it out down on the rock. GOD willing I will be going to my little paradise in July.

I do not recommend an inflatable kayak for ocean use. They can be hard to maneuver in the wind and waves.

Rent a kayak when you get to the island. They are available from several places.
Crabby's in Coral Bay, on Honeymoon Beach.

For what it would cost to ship, you could rent probably cheaper.

I remember Tracey who owns grande bay condos had some she uses on STJ. Do a search on this forum for her posts.
