Villa with built in hot tub near coral bay area

Not sure how many couples I can talk into this but it will be 4-8 people but we need a pool and built in hot tub. Any suggestions?

I stayed in Brisas del Mar with my two kids this past spring break. Loved it! Would work for 6 people: 3 bedrooms each with own bath. Nice kitchen. Beautiful views. Road felt a bit long our first time but it's really fine. The deck area is very breezy (as the villa name implies) but was very nice. The rooms at this villa are fairly equally nice.

In 2013 stayed at Ixora with my family and another family: we were 7 total. That was in February (we did 8 Tuff) and the pool was chilly so we didn't really use it. But during warmer months it would be great. That's up Ajax Peak - very close to smoothie shack Beautiful views. If I recall correctly only 2 rooms at Ixora have en suite baths; there are 4 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. So not all rooms are equal.

There are fancier villas but we have always gone during high season so I look for something not too expensive and I was very happy with both places. Let me know if you want more info about either place.

This villa is past Coral Bay on the end of St John. It has 3 masters with so much outdoor space to spread out. Pool and hot tub. We rented in April and took advantage of using only 1 bedroom pricing.

Look at VIVA!villas listings for Pura Vida and Andara . Depends on just how much luxury / frills you want....they have lots of it ! But, If you get a lot of couples and share the cost....not too bad .

A second vote for Brisas Del Mar. Very nice house on the hillside with great views, awesome breezes, each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bath - nice sized greatroom- kitchen area. We were there last June and loved it!
