I hate that "b" word but it is a major factor. So I guess Peter Bay is out of the question.

Check out Argonauta. Full ac, (a must for me in the summer) the best views, large and roomy, great kitchen, close to Cruz Bay, pool and hot tub.

I know you didn't want reasons, but too bad.

Just got back Sat nite. Stayed at Le Virage for second year.
