First Rent A Car in St Thomas. I got a car, at the last minute over Valentine weekend and they had no problem with going to St John. On St John I suggest Denzil Cline, I rent form him on Tortola well.

I just rented with Thrifty and while I always double check the availability by calling they were fine and the car had less than 1000 miles. Rented for 15 days for about $850, renting a SUV. Thrifty and Budget and Dollar seem to share the same desk in a small building across from the airport. They were cordial and easy to work with.
