Flip-Flop,
I am on the downward slope and have been since we left. Writing the trip reports is bitter-sweet process. We're already trying to plan another trip before the end of the year. Not sure about dates yet and I know my life will be crazy hectic, but a person has to do what a person has to do!
Thanksgiving in STJ would be perfect. We have a football game to attend in Baton Rouge the day after Thanksgiving. We'll miss Thanksgiving, but we won't miss the LSU v. AR game. My husband loves LSU.(I do, too)
Are you going to roast a turkey? All the trimmings?
We are trying to talk my uncle from Indy into coming as well. My mom's 58th bday is actually on thanksgiving day this year, so this is her big present!
Anyway, he is our family chef, so if he comes I am sure he'll be in charge of the feast. If he can't make it, we will probably do something non-traditional or go with one of the villa provisioners dinners!
