Sounds like a fun trip (well, except for the injuries, ouch!). Thanks for taking the time to write it up. Would you camp again?

we were at Lameshur about the same time frame and the road was really the worst i have seen it in years! but the weather had been really bad this winter-- everyone was complaining about it.

You mentioned bare site, did you take a tent along?

LL was crazy full last time we were there as well. Sounds like the road is far worse now.

The road to Francis was really bad the first week in February and I was surprised by all the little rental cars that braved it.

How have we never thought of a champagne sunset at the villa?! Rum drinks galore, yes, but never champagne ... *scribbling this on this year's to-list*.
Also, in our trips to date, we have yet to snorkel Haulover North. Hopefully this year will be the year!
