Anyone done Zip-Line on STT ???
Hi there! I posted on the STT thread but thought I may have a few friends on here that can help me out also!
Just came across this new Zip-Line course on STT and wondering if anyone has done it and can tell me what they think about it?

Thank you!

Hey now!
Have never done it, but would definately give it a whirl!
Hoping to hear reviews from our forum family...! Would be a wonderful way to check out STT other than the usual transit to/from the airport & ferry. Thanks for the link, hope it's as groovy as I imagine!

I did the zipline with Tree Limin' Extreme last July, and really liked it. I found them to be very professional and safe, which were my main concerns going into it. The guides were fun, personable and made all of us feel safe and at ease.
We were a party of three (me, my adult son, and his girlfriend), and we were part of a group of eight. There were two guides for our group. Because of the way they do it (each person in the group zips to a platform before anyone starts zipping to the next platform), I wouldn't have wanted our group to be much larger. If you're the first person to go, it can be a bit of a wait until the last person gets there. We intentionally went on a day when there were no cruise ships in port, because I had read that the wait between zips could get really long in large groups.
The views from the platforms were beautiful. The zip to each platform wasn't overly long, and although you are zipping over trees, I noticed that we were never terribly high off the ground.
I probably wouldn't do it again, but only because once was enough for me. I don't really go to St. John for those types of activities, but my son suggested it, and it looked like a lot of fun. We all had a really good time, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Thank you LisaMW for sharing your experience!
We have 2 teenage kids and zip-lining has been something they've wanted to do. And where could be a better place to do it for the first time?!!
Happy to hear you enjoyed it and it is worth doing...at least once!
mahojim and Connie ~ I'll let you know what we think and hopefully have a GoPro video of our adventure to share after our June trip!
Dreaming of Paradise to soon come!
