Stanley Selengut is looking for someone to take Concordia to the next level.

Thanks for posting this. I was perusing Tradewinds and saw an article on Feb 3 about Selengut trying to sell Harmony Studios too. I wonder if people would balk at buying property for which the right of way is across the (former) Maho Camp property.

We stayed at Concordia once in a small studio. We had a big balcony overlooking Salt Pond and Ram's Head. It was so nice to sit on the deck in the mornings and take in that view while drinking our coffee. We would like to stay there again sometime. Sounds like we better plan way ahead since its so booked up.

I saw that on Tradewinds the other day. What exactly is Harmony Studios? I've heard of it but I'm not clear on what it is.
