Have fun!! I'm envious, however I have booked my air for October 8. It's a long way off, but I can't wait!!
Re: Last minute details.....
Have fun! Our next trip is in June. We love to grill burgers and steaks by the pool. We usually buy our meat at Starfish although on our last trip we brought a small cooler. My favorite villa treat is making fresh mango salsa. Yummy over fish or with chips. Have fun!

We always do Cheeseburgers in Paradise at the Villa. We have also got a bag of charcoal and grilled out at Maho and Hawksnest for fun.
Beercan Chicken on the grill is great too...rub some VOO and St John Spice Grill Rub and grill during cocktail/sunset hour at the villa.
Baked n the sun and Starfish for bakeries.
We always has 6 in our immediate party and this year 9...with another 8 joining in too...so 17. I can see the grill getting some use this year at the Villa.

Seventeen, you say...the mind boggles... You might at least consider placing an ad in Tradewinds, and warning everyone.
All the best,
Kevin

We are cooler people and bring along hot dogs to cook at the beach. We've cooked out at Francis, Maho and Little Lamshur. It's amazing how good they taste on the beach! Have a great time! We are 58 days away.
Re: Last minute details.....
It's a scientific fact that food tastes better after a day at the beach
I'm looking forward to returning to Skinny Legs and Shipwreck Landing.

Five more days...very nice. It will be even sweeter to be on island after the ridiculously cold weather you've had.
One of our fav villa meals is to marinate pork chops in Cruz Bay Grill Rub overnight, then grill them for dinner. We've made them on two different trips and were able to get very nice quality pork chops at Starfish. We roughly follow the recipe on the CBGR bottle using more lime juice and eliminate the soy sauce. Its super yummy.
We liked the bakery at Starfish. They had good breakfast muffins, cookies and fresh baked whole wheat bread. My hubby really liked the brownies from Sam and Jacks Deli.
A fun thing that we learned from Eagle Ray Lover is to make choc chip cookies on island. We take the pre-measured dry ingredients for choc chip cookies, then buy butter and eggs on island. We made fresh baked choc chip cookies one night and they were great. We baked some, then put the rest of the dough in the freezer to use a few days later.
Sogos is a not-to-miss meal for us. We enjoy their West Indian dishes. You get several side dishes with the meal so its a lot of food. We usually call ahead, then pick it up to take to the villa and eat on the deck with a view.
Hope you have a great trip. I looked at the Spice Cam this morning and it looks sooo nice.
