This is a zoomed in photo taken from vie's beach. Anyone know what is happening on the hillside?

is it on the left side as you are facing the beach from the ocean-- on that rocky out cropping? if so there is a house going in there -- but i thought they had already done a lot of the foundation work for that.......

When I took the photo I was parallel with the water, Vie's shack was to my left, this was kind of straight ahead up the hill. What is the beach after Vie? Haulover? It was over that way.
