Car barge?

I've forgotten, is there a charge for the passangers on the car barge, or is it all included?

Love this forum for the quick replies.... Thanks so much, that clinches it, have manged to coordinate arrivals in St. Thomas for 7 coming from Cali, Washington State, PA, NJ and NY within one hour of each other. We will definitely save big time renting on St. Thoams and taking the car ferry.
