Goombay Smash
So it's not quite 9:00 a.m. and I am already planning on what to drink for this evening's happy hour with our neighbors....it's been a long week! Here's the recipe for a drink we grew fond of while in the Bahamas:
Goombay Smash
1 part dark rum
1 part light rum
1 part pineapple rum
1 part coconut rum
4 parts pineapple juice
1 part orange juice
splash of lime juice
Mix together and serve over ice. Be careful, as "smash" is the operative word! Tastes really good!

Best served over ice in 20 ounce blue plastic cup.
Help, I'm drowing in work. The words "Goombay Smash" caught my eye. This drink alone was responsible for many positive experiences with the ladies during my College summer working in Ocean City, MD. I give the young horny guy seal of approve, 24 years later. Though, I do wonder how I walked home with only one shoe in August of 1983.
Cheers, RickG
