If one was to re-locate to St John what is the best and cheapest way to get a 27ft boat down to the islands ?

Ship it through one of the the shipping companies such as Tropical just like you would a car- cost a couple thousand dollars typically.

Have you considered selling your boat and taking the money to buy another boat when you get down to the Islands?

Its really hard to find a boat down here. We have been looking for a while now and haven't had any luck. We hope to purchase and ship it from Florida and it will probably cost around 5k to ship.
