If you had the following criteria, where would you stay?

(it can be anywhere on island). Perhaps you have stayed, or know of, someplace with the following:

King size bed - It can have more than one bedroom, but one bed (preferably the nicest one), should have a king sized bed. The price difference for only using 1 bed vs. using 4 should be notable. I hate when the villa is the same price for 2 people as for 10

The bed must be comfortable - Nothing that sags in the middle.

AC in Bedroom

Nice water view

TV in bedroom as well as living room

Wifi

Bonus Points:

Pool - not the plastic oval weird pools (could care less about a hot tub)
The view is also visible from the bedroom
Central AC - or AC in the living area for max 1 hour a day.
Screens on doors and windows
Great kitchen with nice appliances and sharp knives - a girl can dream
Easy driveway

Not sure of your budget, but check out http://vacationvistas.com/Villas/villa- ... t_john.htm I stayed here when it was Golden Dragon and the top bedroom of the bedroom pod is amazing! Wonderfully air conditioned through, fabulous kitchen, great pool and easy driveway.

The only criteria that it doesn't meet is the A/C in the main living space. We have stayed there the past two years, in July, and haven't needed A/C to cook or hang out in the family room.

The views, privacy, pool, convenience to town. easy driveway, excellent king bed, TV, wifi, water views over Hart Bay and Chocolate Hole offer both open water as well as sunset views. The pool gets great sun all day, so it's nice and warm.

Have you looked at villa Sanctuary? The only criteria not met is AC in the great room. It's in the Rendezvous Bay area - simply breathtaking views! We really enjoyed this villa.

We really liked Balance in Fish Bay. We stayed there in 2008. The bed was good then but I can't make any promises! A/C only in bedrooms but we were there in July and the great room was fine. Great pool and view!

Thanks so much for all the recommendations. They are really helpful. There are so many rentals on the market now, it is easy to miss good places and/or get overwhelmed.

We loved Bay Rum Breeze, the views make you feel like you are on top of the world. The beds are great (all kings) according to everyone in our group.

I don't remember TVs in the bedrooms.
