My wife and I stayed at Harbor Lights 2 years ago when it was almost new and LOVED the place. It is set up as an efficiency but it seems very roomy. Nice driveway and parking. It has a gener pool that we used quite a bit. The deck off the living area has a beautiful view of the harbor. Nice bathroom with a fun outdoor shower with a great view as well. It was very private - but when we were in Coral Bay last week, we could see that there was some construction very close. That would be the only negative I would have so make sure to ask about that. Great getaway for 2!!

Harbor Lights looks really nice.

Some others you might look at in similar location/price range:

Stoneharbor Cottage http://www.vrbo.com/32037 (more room for less money)
Periwinkle Cottage http://www.vrbo.com/176761 (more room, more view, similar price)

I stayed there a couple of years ago before we moved down to STJ. I loved the cottage and the layout. Nice outdoor shower and pool. I say go for it!
