Prepaidcard for Florida and VI

is there a prepaidcard for my samsung smartphone which works in Florida and VI ? and what does it costs.

I don't know the answer to that but my prepaid At&t phone worked. I've heard that you should turn off roaming because you might find yourself picking up a signal from Tortola... International.
