Trip Report 6/26-7/1 Part 3
So on Wed morning we woke up to a not so nice day. Because I am not one to sit around I got everyone together, packed the 2 jeeps and hit Centerline Road to head over to coral Bay so I could show the newbies around. We saw the usual suspects
We also stopped at the outlooks.
At this point it started raining and I don't mean raining it Came down hard. I was always making sure the newbies were always behind me as they had no idea where to go. Needless to say at one point I looked back and they were not behind us anymore 
So we pulled over and waited, and waited. Me "I didn't bring my phone can someone call them?" Them "We didn't bring our phones either" At least I had told the newbies at some point that we were going to Skinny legs so I knew they could at least ask someone for directions. How hard is it to get lost 
We got to Skinn Legs and the place was packed, I guess everyone had the same idea as us that day. Anyway the bartender let me use the bar phone to call the newbies to let them know we were there, but no one picked up- Hmmm did they not bring their phone either? I mean who does that 
Finally got a place at the bar for the 4 of us and had a much needed beer 
about a 1/2 hour later the newbies finally showed up.
Finally more tables opened up and we all sat together for lunch, which by the way was very good! After lunch it had stopped raining so we went over to Haulover bay but on the ocean side.
It was a very good snorkel. It started raining again so we packed up and went back to the house for the night where we enjoyed the hot tub and the night view then to bed as we had to be up early for our charter to the BVI
the next day.

Well you cant tell a story like that and not tell us what happened to the newbies that made them 30 min late.

Sorry about that! It was raining so bad that water was gushing down the road and it was almost impossible to go up the mountain and the switchbacks so they pulled over and waited till the rain calmed down.
