Here's the morning iPad pic from the porch....ahhh, I love the smell of Sahara dust in the morning!

No plans as of yet...except to enjoy Father's Day ...

We've got "Can't Get Off Of That LA Freeway" on extended play right now...this is my 6th trip in June and I can't recall ever seeing it this dusty. Looks like we're in a white out.

Sucks, but the temps are down and the kids haven't gotten sunburned...so look at the bright side, I think the sun is still up there, some where

At least it's not raining. There is ALOT of.sahara dust that's for sure but there was a lot last year at this time too. Happy Father's Day all you Dads out there. For us it was an early breakfast at Pickles this morning followed by a mad dash to Gibney to get the parking spaces and Pickles beach sandwiches for lunch. It doesn't get much better than that.

Here-here, Diana2...and didn't mean to sound like a spoil sport.

Experienced Sunday at Maho today...good times, lots of people and the kids had a blast...tons and tons of turtles and rays all over the bay.

And then, wait for it, wait for it....3pm cheeseburger at Skinny's right next to TV with the US Open...hello Father's Day!

And I will say one thing for the dust, it is about 10 degrees cooler than it probably ought to be and makes for some very pleasant conditions.

Gotta go do nothin, see ya.

It was a lot cooler than usual when we were there week before last too. Nice breezes, too, but the Saharan dust was pretty bad most of the week. I love that it was cooler than usual.

Fun to meet a bunch of you today, 54b at Maho, kygirl and daughter at BB, Dan & Ruby, Greyhoundmom and Sam, etc...always fun. Also great to see Kevin & wife...

As 54b said, Maho was packed with turtles and rays today...kids had a blast..thanks for the tip-off from Islandjo yesterday...
