OT - The "other" Mini-Bug

Thank you all for your kind words on how cute she is. She knows it and uses it to it's full potential!! As for the two girls, they are very close. Molly was present when Lillie was born and actually was the first one to hold her. The nurses gave Lillie to Molly and told her to take her sister to her Mom. The look in her eyes was priceless. I will NEVER forget it. I don't make the older one babysit but she does volunteer now and then (using reverse psychology works). They actually do find things to fight about now and then but it always ends with a hug and sorry so I can't complain.

However, Mr. Bug and I question are sanity almost daily. Especially when we consider that the year Molly graduates high school, Lillie will start kindergarden

Bug - my sister is 12 years older than me and we are very close. I also have another brother and sister between us but I am the closest to the sister 12 years older. She has been like a second Mother my whole life. Sometimes that is good and sometimes not! My Mom passed away 4 years ago and she has been there for me like a Mom would have been.
I am sure that your girls will have a close relationship forever like we do.

PS - it was nice meeting you at the beach bar get together!

She is beautiful! I am 17 years older than my youngest sister! I told my parents that they had to stop having babies because all my friends knew they were still having sex! Now was i insane or what?!?!

I have 3 brothers and 3 sisters all 3 years apart except my brother behind me. He is 18 months younger than i am. i don't think i would trade in a single one of them. I hated all of them when they were younger but now that they are older it is a lot of fun! They are no longer a pain in the a**! Needless to say I did a lot of babysitting so not making her older sister HAVE to babysit is a really good thing!

When the baby boy first came home all was bliss. Then my little 5 year old sweetheart decided and I quote "mama, I don't think I have room in my heart for max." She was upset because she thought I'd be mad. I just told her that was ok and it would come.

Fast forward a few months and I try to do something special for her by taking her on a date with her daddy and I. Just us. No babies! The entire time she worried about him. "Mama, we are 4 NOW not 3!" All I thought to myself was next date, it will be 2! She was beside herself missing and worrying about him for the 2 hours we were out!
