Sad but Happy
Sad but Happy
Well we were all into planning our Thanksgiving trip to St John. Had picked our villa and was about to make our reservations. The kids were Super excited. Then SUPRISE we are pregnant. We will be welcoming our new addition sometime around December 10th and we are very happy about that. But still sad that we can't make our St John trip this year.

Congratulations! Sad you'll not be making your trip, but such a good reason for it. Just think of the fun of showing the whole family St John in a few years!

Re: Sad but Happy
We planned our first trip for Feb. 1982 and then our second daughter decided to be born on Feb 10th of that year. However she joined us for our first trip the following Feb at age 1 and we just celebrated her 31st birthday on St John and there were many trips in between. I predict that you also will have many trips in future years with your kids and you have a story that you will always remember.

Congratulations! That's probably the best reason for postponing a trip.

It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.

Congrats!
I just had baby #2, and she's the reason we're not going to STJ for our usual summer trip...having a baby is the ONLY reason I'll skip going to STJ

Congrats! I can relate--we are in the process of deciding whether to cancel our Dec. trip or wait until closer to see how things are gong since I will be 7 months along then. This will be our first baby and we're so happy but I a, disappointed that it is wreaking havoc with our trip.
An April due date would have been more convenient...lol.

Congratulations! And like everyone else said, that's the only excuse! What a wonderful time for you. Just remember that St John will always be there
